About the role

As a Business Area Manager GRC & Advisory you will lead the development of our business within the solution area together with your colleagues responsible for the other solution areas. Each solution area is designed to meet our clients' needs through our specialist consultants and cybersecurity advisors. The operational consulting business is driven locally by our consulting managers, while your responsibility is to strategically and commercially develop the entire business within GRC & Advisory.

In your role, you will report to the Head of Solution Areas. You will also have close collaboration with the consultants within GRC & Advisory, consulting managers, and other parts of the organization to ensure technical relevance, innovation, and market adaptation within the solution area. The role also includes a responsibility to participate and drive the development of the solution area within Orange Cyberdefense globally and to represent Orange Cyberdefense at various events.

You will ensure that the solution area is innovative, market-adapted, and aligned with customer needs and our business goals. This is a key role that combines leadership, business development, and customer-centric focus.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and lead the consulting business within GRC & Advisory Take responsibility for the strategic direction of the business and ensure that our solution offerings are innovative, high-quality, and competitive.

• Client development and business driving Together with our Regions, you drive client development and strengthen our client relationships.

• Business responsibility and growth Bear the overall responsibility for the profitability and growth of the solution area. You set goals, follow up, and ensure that the business performance meets financial and strategic expectations.

• Collaboration and operational excellence Work closely with our local consulting managers to optimize resources, delivery capacity, and customer satisfaction across the country.

• Innovation In close collaboration with the organization, you analyze market trends, technological innovations, and customer needs to further develop the solution area and ensure competitive advantages.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in leading and developing a consulting business within Governance, Risk, Compliance, and advisory, preferably with a primary focus on cybersecurity or similar areas.

• Understands how to build long-term client relationships, deliver on client-specific needs, and successfully manage project deliveries.

• Documented experience in creating and developing high-performing teams within solution-driven organizations.

• Has a strategic outlook for business development and the ability to drive operational efficiency.

• Is a skilled communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with senior stakeholders both in Sweden and globally.

• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

You will be office-based at one of our locations in Sweden; Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Sundsvall, Borlänge, Östersund, Umeå. The position involves travel.
